Southern District of Impro Xishan Base held Groundbreaking Ceremony
The southern district of Impro Xishan Base (located in Wuxi City of Jiangsu Province) covers a land area of approximately 96,220 m2 (about 1.0 million ft2), with a planned total building area of approximately 119,890 m2, 12 company bus parking spaces, 1,025 employee car parking spaces, and 385 employee motorcycle/E-bike/bike parking spaces.

The building area of Phase I construction is approximately 51,230 m2, which includes the 33,760 m2 workshop area of 103A & 203A that are two-storey high concrete structure heavy-duty buildings, with a load of 3 tons/m2 on the second floor. In addition, 12 company bus parking spaces, 425 employee car parking spaces, and 385 employee motorcycle/E-bike/bike parking spaces are planned. All construction of Phase I is scheduled to be completed by 15 September 2021.

Multi-functional Building (Phase I) has a building area of 8,050 m2, including staff canteen, locker room, motorcycle/E-bike/bike parking spaces.

The dormitory building (Phase I) is a 5-storey building with a building area of 7,840 m2, and each room has its own bathroom. There are also indoor recreation rooms, outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts and badminton courts.

The highlight of Phase I construction of southern district is the main lounge bridge which connects the northern and southern districts of Impro Xishan Base. The main lounge bridge spans the urban road between the southern district and the northern district and connects the two districts through the second floor of the main lounge bridge. The main lounge bridge is 80m long and 9m wide, and the second floor is a closed heavy steel structure lounge bridge with a load of 2 tons/m2, and forklifts & other logistics vehicles and personnel can pass freely on the second floor.

The completion of Phase I construction of the southern district of Impro Xishan Base will greatly strengthen the R&D and manufacturing capabilities & capacities of Impro Group in aerospace, medical, fluid technology, industrial and automotive components, and also further strengthen the leading position of Impro Precision in relevant industries globally.
