Impro won Caterpillar 2023 SER (Supplier Excellence Recognition) Excellent Award

On Nov.29th, 2023, Caterpillar presented the “2023 SER (Supplier Excellence Recognition) Excellent Award” to Wuxi Impro-Bees Precision Hydraulic Co., Ltd.（WIBH）. This award means WIBM has advanced one level in the SER certification program after receiving “ SER Certified Recognition” in 2022.
SER (Supplier Excellence Recognition) is a certification program initiated in 2022 to recognize suppliers who meet or exceed stringent performance standards in multiple aspects, like quality and on-time delivery.
As of now, WIBH supplied parts to Caterpillar globally. This award is the recognition on WIBH’s excellent performance of quality and delivery, etc. It will also motivate us to continue our efforts to provide better service to our customers.
