Impro Aerotek Won Honeywell Aero 2022 Collaboration Award

On Feb. 2, 2023, Impro Aerotek Limited (IMAW) won the “Collaboration Award” at the Honeywell Online Supplier Summit for outstanding performance in the rapid ramp-up of a complex thin-wall casting, while also achieving a 7.5 built rate increase within a short period.

This casting is widely applied for multiple APU systems. The speedy delivery of castings helped Honeywell avoid production line stoppage due to a supply chain shortage caused elsewhere. With extensive process knowledge and significant capacity advantages, IMAW has earned customer trust, strengthened its relationship with the key customer, and positioned itself for winning additional new projects.

Impro Awarded Bronze Medal for CSR Achievements by EcoVadis Global Rating Agency

(March 1, 2023, Hong Kong) – Impro has been awarded a Bronze Medal by sustainability rating agency EcoVadis, signifying that the Group outperformed at least 50% of the companies that have participated in the assessment over the years.

As the world’s largest and most credible provider of CSR ratings, EcoVadis ratings cover a broad range of non-financial management systems. These include environmental, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement impacts. Each participating company is rated on material issues related to its company size, location and industry, followed by guidance on strengths and areas for improvement. The rated companies can use that feedback to focus their sustainability efforts and develop corrective action plans to improve their performance.

Groundbreaking of Impro Fluidtek Zhenjiang Campus

On Mar 1st, 2023, Impro Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new campus of Impro Fluidtek Zhenjiang.

The new campus of Impro Fluidtek Zhenjiang is located in the High-tech District of Zhenjiang City, China, covering a land area of 60,000 square meters with a building area of approx. 42,000 square meters. With a total investment of US$100 million for the project, Impro Fluidtek plans to build a state-of-art manufacturing facility and global R&D center. Annual sales revenue is expected to exceed US$150 million after the facility reaches its full production capacity.

Impro Aerotek Received ‘’Supplier Qualification Certificate” from Liebherr Aerospace

(April of 2023, Wuxi) – Liebherr Aerospace conducted an in-depth SCMH audit on the Impro Aerotek Wuxi Plant, covering multiple aspects including business management, plant operations, sample development, quality control, and supply chain management. The audit results reveal that the quality management systems within the plant are operating at an outstanding level. On completion of this audit, IMAW has been officially awarded the “Supplier Qualification Certificate.” The SCMH audit process is highly recognized within the European aerospace industry. The certification will enable Impro Aerotek to obtain new business opportunities from Liebherr Aerospace and achieve an important milestone for its further expansion into the European aerospace market.

(May 19th, 2023, Shanghai) – Impro Industries (Yixing) Co, Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “IMYX”) was awarded the Sincere Cooperative Partner by MHI Engine Co, Ltd (SME) in recognition of its excellent product development ability, outstanding product quality, and timely delivery at SME’s 10th Anniversary Celebration Conference.

During the Covid outbreak in 2022, Impro actively allocated resources to ensure the development and delivery of products which effectively guaranteed the supply to both SME local and overseas plants.

Impro Once Again Won the NEWCAST International Casting Award

On June 14, 2023, Impro won the NEWCAST Award at the Dusseldorf International Foundry Trade Fair (GIFA) and the International Casting Expo (NEWCAST), the world’s top foundry industry events held every four years. This is the second time that Impro has been awarded this grand international casting award.

The NEWCAST Casting Award is selected by the exhibition organizer Dusseldorf Messe Group in conjunction with German Foundry Industry Federation (BDG) and the German Foundry Association (VDG). SER (Supplier Excellence Recognition) is a certification program initiated in 2022 to recognize suppliers who meet or exceed stringent performance standards in multiple aspects including quality and on-time delivery.
